The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a key role in driving growth and enhancing the competitiveness of the organization through pricing strategies and frameworks. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Senior Pricing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing pricing data, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring pricing guidelines are followed to achieve revenue and margin goals. This position will also involve collaborating with various teams and assisting in implementing pricing changes and updates.

  • Conduct pricing analysis on new deals and renewals.
  • Monitor adherence to pricing guidelines.
  • Assist in designing and updating pricing guidelines.
  • Analyze data to determine pricing frameworks that drive customer adoption while maintaining margins.
  • Track and measure the impact of pricing changes.
  • Create new reports and dashboards as needed.
  • Collaborate on implementing price increases in specific business segments.

Location and Workplace Flexibility: This role will involve a hybrid work environment with proximity to the Atlanta, GA, or St. Petersburg, FL office. The organization embraces a hybrid and remote-friendly culture, with work locations determined by the needs of the position and leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities: In addition to the above duties, the Senior Pricing Analyst will work with the Senior Manager FP&A to develop pricing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth. They will present pricing analysis and recommendations to management, recommend process improvements, analyze market data, and track pricing performance.

  • Collaborate with teams to develop pricing strategies aligned with revenue goals.
  • Analyze data to identify changes in price points for improved profitability.
  • Generate reports and analysis to support pricing decisions.
  • Support pricing and margin goals of the organization.
  • Undertake special pricing projects and ad hoc analysis.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of pricing/finance or analytical experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of pricing experience.
  • Experience with US healthcare is preferred.
