Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated Pricing Analyst specializing in Bid and Proposal Management. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about strategic pricing and possess the ability to craft compelling narratives that promote growth. You will integrate intricate pricing strategies with customer-focused storytelling to enhance our value propositions and support our Proposal Management team. This position serves as an entry-level opportunity within our bid management sector, providing a foundation for a fulfilling career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market analysis and research to understand industry trends, corporate drivers, and customer needs, ensuring the delivery of persuasive price/value content.
- Maintain effective communication with leadership and key stakeholders to gather and analyze necessary data.
- Utilize proposal automation tools to integrate approved pricing with relevant boilerplate content to fulfill opportunity requirements.
- Create detailed financial models to illustrate total cost of ownership and return on investment for customer proposals.
- Provide analytical support by framing complex pricing challenges, identifying relationships within data, and presenting insightful findings.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of technologies and processes to improve operational efficiencies.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Age & Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, although a combination of education and experience is equally valuable.
Compensation: The base pay range for this role is between $60,400 and $109,000, with a corporate bonus target of 10%. Actual pay will depend on various factors, including work location, qualifications, and experience.
