Job Overview:

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient team. As an Inpatient RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Job:

  • You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress.
  • You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
  • As an Inpatient RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical units, ICUs, and post-anesthesia care units.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 9 months of RN experience
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
  • Basic Life Support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous healthcare experience
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Two years O.R. circulating and scrubbing
  • CNOR
  • ACLS
  • Pre-Op area
  • IV skill
  • Completion/certification from approved peri-op program

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
