Cardiac Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Respiratory Cardiac Care Unit at Providence RN. This full-time night shift position includes rotating weekends and offers a unique opportunity to care for patients with respiratory illnesses and those recovering from thoracic surgeries.

About the Role: As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled nurses and CNAs, providing exceptional patient care through teamwork and support. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and provide guidance on best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
