Nurse Care Coordinator

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a RN Fellow - Progressive Care Float Pool in Clackamas, Oregon. This role offers an estimated annual salary of $94,500.

This position involves working under general supervision and collaborating with healthcare teams to provide high-quality nursing care. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing individualized plans of care, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and implement individualized nursing plans of care that address patients' needs

Requirements
Minimum nine (9) months of RN experience required. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and a valid Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided are also necessary. Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within three months of hire. Additional qualifications include computer keyboarding skills and previous healthcare experience.
