Inpatient RN Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient team at Kaiser Permanente's KSMC location in Clackamas, Oregon. As an RN, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform accurate and timely assessments to inform nursing care decisions and develop individualized care plans.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care activities and discharge planning.
* Implement evidence-based care protocols and effectively communicate with patients and families about treatment options and expected outcomes.
* Evaluate patient responses to care and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+ 9 months of RN experience
+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
+ Current Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided
+ Basic Life Support certification
