Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our inpatient dialysis unit in Clackamas, Oregon. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 9 months of RN experience and be licensed in the state where care is provided.

About the Role:

This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, directing, providing, and evaluating nursing care for patients, as well as coordinating nurse care activities with other healthcare disciplines.

Responsibilities:
  • Assessment: Performs accurate multi-system assessments, identifies deviations from normal on routine lab diagnostic tests, and reassesses patients throughout hospitalization.
  • Planning: Develops an individual nursing plan of care, coordinates patient care activities and discharge planning with other hospital and clinic departments and community agencies, and establishes priorities for patient care.
  • Implementation: Initiates appropriate measures based on protocol for the management of the medical and/or surgical patient, correctly carries out the physicians plan of care, and accurately documents in the electronic medical record.
  • Evaluation: Evaluates assessment methods, plan of care, and patient response to treatment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 9 months of RN experience
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided), Basic Life Support
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year
