This position is remote, with all necessary equipment and comprehensive training provided.

Job Opportunities

  • Bilingual Inbound Sales Specialist: Utilize your knowledge of Progressive's offerings to ensure clients receive the appropriate insurance coverage through effective benefits selling.
  • Bilingual Customer Service Agent: Address customer inquiries and insurance policy requirements by providing information on coverage, rates, billing concerns, and general policy assessments while suggesting additional products.
  • Bilingual Claims Specialist: Assist customers involved in accidents with empathy, facilitating the setup of new claim reports and offering additional products as needed.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • OR a minimum of two years of post-secondary education.
  • For Sales Positions: Property & Casualty license; candidates not already licensed will have the opportunity to obtain it during training (must comply with licensing requirements as an employee).
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Training Information
Training sessions will be conducted in the upcoming months.

Work Schedule
Most schedules will require availability on weekends and evening hours following training completion.

Home Office Requirements
  • A designated workspace that is free from noise and distractions.
  • High-speed internet service at your own expense unless otherwise mandated by law.
  • The provided computer must be connected to the router or modem via a cable (wireless connections are not permitted).
  • All Progressive hardware must be connected to a surge protector.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly pay ranges from $20.25 to $21.50, depending on the selected role.
  • Gainshare bonus potential of 8% - 16% based on company performance.
  • An additional 10% pay increase for evening or weekend shifts.
  • Performance-based incentives.
  • An extra $1.00/hour for bilingual roles requiring fluency in English and Spanish.
