Conflicts Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Conflicts Analyst to join our team at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. As a Conflicts Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our business operations and maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor new business intake workflows to identify potential conflicts of interest and take appropriate action.
  • Analyze and summarize conflict reports to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with conflicts staff members to clear potential conflicts of interest and ensure compliance with firm policies.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating conflict reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Establish and maintain ethical screens within our firm system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform quarterly client/matter closures as necessary to maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain files for Consent and/or Engagement letters and update the Elite database as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of prior large law firm experience, preferably in a global law firm setting.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in a deadline-intensive environment.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of firm personnel and external contacts.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Agile Point Workflow, and Intapp Open experience preferred.
What We Offer:

This is a remote role with a salary commensurate with years of relevant experience and geographic location. The range for this position is $62,100 - $95,200.
