Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients' finances, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, project management experience, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze financial data, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  2. At least 6 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial management.
  3. 3+ years of experience managing direct reports or project teams.
  4. Prior experience working in non-profit organizations is required.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, a discretionary annual bonus, and a 401(k) match.
