VP of Account Management Lead

Zaelab is seeking an experienced VP or director-level leader to lead our Client Services team. This individual should have a strong background in account management and the tech services industry, with a proven track record of expanding client accounts and driving revenue growth.
About the Position
This leadership role requires a senior manager who can drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling, while analyzing market trends and client feedback to identify new business opportunities. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and lead a collaborative and client-focused team culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and growth.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients
- Drive Revenue with Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify and execute strategies to cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account expansion strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives
