Merchant Account Manager Lead

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Merchant Account Manager Lead to join our team. As a key point of contact for clients, you will provide comprehensive account management, training, and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of business development or customer success experience, fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese, and strong organizational and time management skills.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience, background, and location. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, LTD, Paid Time Off, 401(k), and potential for annual bonus.
Key Responsibilities- Manage account setup and train newly boarded clients.
- Provide outstanding on-going account management and customer support.
- Educate existing clients on the value of additional G2 services and solutions.
- Identify, investigate, track, and resolve inquiries and issues.
- Contribute and work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $75,000.
