The Soze Agency is seeking an experienced Account Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading client projects, ensuring the execution of creative, experiential, and strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute client project plans, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure proposed concepts can be produced and executed successfully.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years experience in client account management or project management within an advertising, creative, or experiential marketing agency. Proven track record and a strong portfolio of successfully managing complex projects is required.

Requirements:
  • Ability to manage client relationships, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Expertise in scoping projects, setting realistic timelines and expectations, advocating for creative excellence, and adhering to budgets.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$90,000, plus benefits including 100% paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, and 50% paid medical, dental, and vision benefits for spouse and/or children. Additionally, we offer a 401k plan with 25% employer matching and generous PTO policy.
