Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Review and approve tax returns, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the financial team to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll on time.
Educational Requirements: A degree in accounting or finance is required. Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager is also necessary.
