Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to multitask and manage time effectively

Experience and Education:

  • Preferred experience in a call center environment
  • Background in customer service is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Schedule:

This Part-Time position requires availability from Monday to Thursday, between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate appointments and provide accurate information
  • Gather and confirm necessary patient details during calls
  • Facilitate same-day appointments for various healthcare providers
  • Direct callers to the appropriate healthcare professionals as needed
