Job Title: Head of Regulatory Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of claims operations members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure optimal productivity and quality of service.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the claims experience and drive business results.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a strong focus on risk management and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and support the overall claims and Enterprise strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze workloads, identifying opportunities to optimize staffing, training, and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of progressive customer service, operational, military, or leadership experience, including a minimum of 2 years of claims handling experience.
  • ~2 years of direct team lead, supervisory, or management experience.
  • ~Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, customer service, and/or claims handling skills.
  • Acquisition and maintenance of applicable insurance adjuster license within 6 months of time in role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current experience as a Claims Manager/Supervisor.
  • ~2+ years of experience handling total loss claims.
  • ~2+ years physical damage and/or auto injury claims experience.
  • Strong experience coaching and developing claims adjusters to meet organizational and development/career path goals.
  • US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner.
