Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Claims Operations Manager to join our team. As a Claims Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of claims adjusters and ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our claims team to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve claims handling and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of claims adjusters and provide guidance and support to ensure that claims are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve claims handling and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with our claims team to identify and resolve issues and improve claims handling processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that claims are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- 6 years of progressive customer service, operational, military or leadership experience to include a minimum of 2 years of claims handling experience.
- 2 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience.
- Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, customer service and/or claims handling skills.
- Acquisition and maintenance of applicable insurance adjuster license within 6 months time in role.
