Claims Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Operations Manager to join our team at USAA. As a Claims Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of claims professionals to ensure that our members receive exceptional service and that our claims processes are efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of claims professionals to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance member experience and reduce claims cycle time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational risks and compliance issues
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- 6+ years of experience in claims operations or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of claims processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
