Claims Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Operations Manager to join our team at USAA. As a Claims Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of claims professionals to ensure that our members receive exceptional service and that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of claims professionals to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the claims handling experience for our members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address operational risks and compliance issues.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of progressive customer service, operational, military or leadership experience, including a minimum of 2 years of claims handling experience.
- 2 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience.
- Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, customer service and/or claims handling skills.

USAA offers a competitive salary range of $102,230 - $184,010, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), pension, life insurance, and paid time off.
