Claims Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Operations Manager to lead our team of Sr. Injury Adjusters in the Western Region. As a key member of our claims operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of claims adjusters and ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims handling, leadership, and customer service. You will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, providing coaching and feedback to employees, and ensuring that all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Sr. Injury Adjusters in the Western Region
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance claims handling efficiency
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively
- Ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims handling efficiency and reduce costs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6 years of progressive customer service, operational, military or leadership experience, including a minimum of 2 years of claims handling experience
- 2 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience
- Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, customer service and/or claims handling skills
- Acquisition and maintenance of applicable insurance adjuster license within 6 months of hire
