Claims Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Operations Manager to join our team at USAA. As a Claims Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of claims professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our claims processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our claims team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of claims professionals to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance claims efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in claims operations or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
