Job Summary: Halvik is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to provide acquisition management support to our US Navy client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the government with establishing schedules and monitoring progress of procurement actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition Management: Assist the government with establishing schedules and monitoring progress of procurement actions.
- Research and Analysis: Research and analyze procurement issues to provide data-driven insights.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Assist the government with data collection and reporting to implement regulatory and policy guidance.
- Interface with Stakeholders: Interface with various organizations and customers to provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including document handling, meeting minutes, and contract data requirement list (CDRL) reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years of professional experience in acquisition management support.
- Skills: Strong computer, finance, and analytical skills; excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to work independently and multi-task.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
