About the Role

Fiberglass Coatings Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our footprint into various industries and markets by initiating relationships with new customers, building new sales, and effectively communicating and executing project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and present sales quotes, proposals, and presentations to customers.
  • Assist with completing client sales orders and purchase order reports.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, and Ecommerce, to execute sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
