Marsh & Moore, Inc. is a family owned, manufacturer's representative located in St. Augustine, Florida. We are seeking a full-time, Inside Sales/Quotations representative to offer customer service, sell our products represented and provide quotations to our customer base.


Qualifications:

  • Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
  • Must have strong customer service skills and be able to follow up with customers in a timely fashion.
  • Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Display strong relationship building skills and must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple lines and efficient multi-tasking skills are a must.
  • Must be able to work in a team building environment.
  • Light travel will be required to participate in factory tours to learn about our lines represented.
  • Must pass background check


Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office & Quickbooks
  • Industry knowledge preferred (plumbing, irrigation, onsite and/or waterworks)*
  • Sales or phone sales experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
