Employment Type: Full Time (40 hours/week); Non-Exempt

Supervisor: Permanent Supportive Housing Supervisor

Location: SE Portland

Compensation: $20.80 per hour

Role Responsibilities:

  • Welcome residents and visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, serving as an approachable presence.
  • Respond to resident inquiries, providing necessary information and updates.
  • Manage mail delivery to residents and staff as required.
  • Assist residents in completing necessary forms, including maintenance requests.
  • Keep a detailed log of resident interactions and community events.
  • Support new residents during their move-in process and orientation.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:

  • Preferred two years of relevant work or volunteer experience.
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Narcan Training is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Experience working with low-income families and individuals is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
