Key Responsibilities:
- Engage effectively with clients, providers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Utilize software to investigate and resolve complaints and concerns.
- Conduct no-show validations.
- Manage bookings for inbound reservation calls.
- Provide support for dispatch inquiries.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Effective time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A willingness to learn dispatch and scheduling software.
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods in an office setting.
