Key Responsibilities- Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Secure payment and activate/reissue room keys as needed.
- Verify and adjust billing for guests to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Communicate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide guests with directions and information about our hotel and local attractions.
- Answer and respond to guest calls, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
