About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional administrative skills to provide principal support to our Contract and Closing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening, maintaining, and filing all documents related to real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and audit documents and docusigns to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in reviewing files before handing them off to the Closing department
  • Maintain accurate data entry records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
