Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens. This role involves providing administrative support to various departments, including reception relief, calendar management, and correspondence review.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have prior experience as an Administrative Assistant. This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to departments, including travel coordination, calendar management, appointment scheduling, and expense reconciliation
- Manage and screen all incoming calls for the department
- Review, direct, and respond to correspondence
- Draft engagement letters
- Assist with client onboarding and related account opening processes
- Filing, copying, scanning, and faxing
