About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to departments, including travel coordination, calendar management, appointment scheduling, and expense reconciliation
  • Manage and screen all incoming calls for the department
  • Review, direct, and respond to correspondence
  • Draft engagement letters
  • Assist with client onboarding and related account opening processes
  • Filing, copying, scanning, and faxing
