Part Time Front Desk Receptionist/Events Coordinator Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our Property Management team as a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist/Events Coordinator. This role will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with residents and vendors.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate events, including vendor management, catering, and logistics
- Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing computer software and other tools

Essential Skills:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in administrative software
- Excellent people skills, with a positive attitude and good presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation Package:
- Salary: $18-22 per hour, based on experience
