    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position.
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and improving kitchen efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
