Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze customer credit files to determine creditworthiness and identify potential risks.
- Initiate collection actions and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit risk, delinquent accounts, and customer information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
- Perform basic clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Post daily cash receipts and investigate discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in credit and collections, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote office environment.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
