Job Summary

As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for compiling information related to customer credit status and coordinating the collection of delinquent accounts in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze customer credit files to determine creditworthiness and identify potential risks.
  • Initiate collection actions and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit risk, delinquent accounts, and customer information.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Post daily cash receipts and investigate discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in credit and collections, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote office environment.
