Prepare patients for tests and treatments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for any side effects or adverse reactions.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and update patient care plans.
Perform wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds.
Assist healthcare professionals during procedures as necessary.
Operate and maintain medical equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Collect samples, such as blood and urine, for laboratory analysis.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and address any questions or concerns.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and students, to ensure high standards of care.
Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
CPR-BCLS Certification.
C4: ACLS certification within 6 months; NRP certification within 6 months.
L&D: ACLS certification within 6 months; NRP certification within 6 months.
NICU: NRP certification within 6 months.
Pediatrics: PALS or ENPC certification within 18 months.
