- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay up-to-date on the latest pest control techniques and technologies.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Drive and maintain a company service vehicle, adhering to Sprague's safety and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record required.
- 1+ years of experience in route sales, merchandising, dispatching, or logistics preferred.
- Attention to detail and high standards of work quality essential.
- Hunger for knowledge and professional development required.
- Competitive approach to individual and team performance expected.
- 2+ years of experience in pest control, landscaping, agriculture, or food production preferred.
- Pest control, industrial, or safety certifications a plus.
