Customer Service Representative

SP Plus Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parking Operations Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our parking operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality experience for our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Assist customers in making payments to automated revenue control equipment, provide information on parking services, and facilitate the efficient flow of traffic through the facility.
- Parking Operations: Assist in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned location, including monitoring parkers in pay-in lanes and conducting garage and facility audits as required by management.
- Communication: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to customer complaints, and provide assistance to customers who have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
- Administrative Tasks: Count bank of revenue at the beginning of the shift, make change for customers, and perform other necessary functions as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience: Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology.
- Availability: Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends may be required.
- License: Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
The work environment is subject to moderate to loud noise levels, moderate to high exposure to vehicle emissions, and extreme hot/cold temperatures. The employee must be able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
