**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide professional and excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Work closely with the Commercial Sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our customers.
* Manage and maintain accurate customer records, including pricing and order information.
* Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Inventory Management teams to identify solutions to meet customer commitments.
* Handle and clarify customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
* Develop sustainable and collaborative relationships through open and interactive communication with all internal colleagues and customers.
* Approach each day with a keen sense of self-discipline and urgency, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries, in addition to making upsell recommendations based on understanding of customer's needs and requirements.
**Requirements:**
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Ability to maintain excellent safety and attendance record.
* Proven customer support experience.
* Track record of over-achieving quota.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to listen carefully and understand a customer's situation in order to help them.
