Job Overview

Position Title: Client Relations Specialist

Company Overview: NCS Global Services, a subsidiary of Celestica, is looking for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless operations
  • Conducting job assessments and pricing strategies
  • Generating reports and analytics
  • Enhancing client relationships by identifying and delivering value-added services
  • Streamlining and refining operational processes
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and business growth
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience, including internships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy under pressure
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management is required.

Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
