Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:

  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a collaborative team setting.
  • Engage with customers to arrange and confirm service appointments.
  • Coordinate technician schedules to optimize travel time and distance, suggesting alternative routes when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with Service Technicians to fulfill customer needs.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to customers regarding services rendered.
  • Reach out to customers concerning outstanding account balances.
  • Process payments from overdue accounts.
  • Efficiently navigate Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and enhance current and future scheduling.
  • Reschedule unserviced accounts within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Answer incoming customer service calls with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and assess their needs.
  • Employ effective communication skills to empathize with customers.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives as required.
