Core Responsibilities:- Client Portfolio Management:
- Supervise a designated portfolio of clients, concentrating on retention and growth.
- Engage in consultative discussions with clients and prospects to ensure their coverage requirements are met.
- Sales and Customer Service:
- Generate, quote, and sell Personal Insurance products to both new and existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service within set timelines to maintain client relationships and foster referrals and new business.
- Documentation and Processing:
- Manage policy endorsements and prepare necessary insurance documentation.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with insurance carriers and clients.
- Assist with various tasks as needed, contributing to personal and professional growth within the role.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service or account management in the insurance sector.
- Licensing: Property/Casualty License is required.
- Familiarity with insurance products, documentation, and applications.
- Strong computer skills, preferably with experience in Applied & EPIC software.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Positive demeanor in a dynamic work environment.
- Commitment to ongoing education; a college degree is preferred.
- Strong decision-making capabilities, with the ability to act quickly and thoughtfully.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, even under pressure.
