About the Role:
As a Market Leader, you will take charge of driving revenue growth and meeting organizational goals within a designated region.
This remote role provides the opportunity to expand on a national scale, concentrating on direct sales, enhancing relationships with current clients, national group sales, and collaborating with channel partners.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in fixed operations sales
At least 5 years of experience in automotive service departments
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies
Support sales initiatives in line with marketing goals
Evaluate market research and competitor tactics to refine sales strategies
Lead a high-performing sales team
Maintain effective communication with account managers and stay updated on product knowledge and market dynamics
Build and sustain customer relationships with retail managers and representatives
Daily Activities:
Travel within the market three days a week
Engage with over 10 dealers daily to identify new opportunities
Conduct an average of two meetings each day
Make over 50 phone calls and send more than 25 emails on office days
Utilize Sugar CRM for tracking sales funnels
Employ Dynaquote for pro forma investment calculations
Send DocuSign documents following meetings
