Key Responsibilities- Review daily bank transactions and accurately post cash entries.
- Conduct regular audits of pricing in relation to approved purchase orders.
- Manage adjustments to invoice pricing to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized Accounts Receivable (AR) system, providing weekly reports and detailed notes for executive leadership on overdue accounts.
- Update customer item pricing and ensure documentation accuracy, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of debits and credits, and engage proactively in face-to-face communication within an open office environment.
- Participate in biannual physical inventory assessments alongside the Accounting and Finance team.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable and cash posting processes.
