Job Summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our client's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive efficiencies.
  • Support external audits and tax filings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of [X] years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
