Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Budget and Financial Analyst to join our team at Oregon Metro. As a key member of our Finance and Regulatory Services department, you will play a critical role in supporting our Planning, Development and Research team. Your expertise in budget development, financial reporting, and grant management will help us make informed decisions and drive our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the annual departmental budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Lead the creation of project-specific grant budgets and coordinate closely with project staff on new grant proposal submissions.
  • Prepare and analyze regular financial reporting and forecasts to help PDR staff and leadership monitor programs, projects, and departmental spending.
  • Utilize your knowledge of federal regulations and accounting principles to improve departmental processes and develop guidance documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Five years of comparable budgeting, accounting, or grant management experience.
