Job Summary

The Huron Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Software Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex enterprise software projects from initiation to delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
  • End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings
  • At least 5 years' experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), and/or Financial Data Quality Management
  • Experience with Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) and/or Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) is a plus
  • Financial reporting and analysis experience
  • Understanding of the financial close cycle and related best practices
  • Experience creating consolidated financial statements for public and private companies
  • Experience with foreign currency translation and the effect of currency translation on the financial statements
  • Experience as a functional application specialist
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions
  • Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
