Requirements:

What You'll Do:
Tracks the incident management for the software approval process.
Analyzes software usage and tracking of licenses.
Interprets data collected by device management systems for software usage.

Collects and reports on data to determine if a Data Protection Addendum (DPA) is required for the District software based on analysis of software findings.

Assists in managing user access, running usage reports, determining need for central purchases of requested software, and collaborating with the purchasing team on software renewals.

Evaluates software requests against internal criteria, as well as SOC accessibility standards, FERPA, HIPAA, and COPPA compliance.
Provides data to inform decisions as to whether the software meets standards and is acceptable for use.
Collects data required to report to the community in compliance with legal requirements.
Delivers customer/end-user, hands on, email, chat, video conference, and telephone support internally in an efficient and timely manner.

What You'll Need:
High School Diploma/GED required.
