Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Phone Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Phone Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to customers and Field Service Engineers via telephone and/or visual/virtual service.
Responsibilities- Provide equipment troubleshooting and support to customers and Field Service Engineers via telephone and/or visual/virtual service.
- Assist in part identification for customers, distributors, and other internal teams.
- Maintain service ticket tracker with accurate and timely data.
- Assess customer situations to determine necessary on-site resources.
- Contribute to technical bulletins and internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
- Interpret and utilize engineering drawings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; two-year technical training preferred.
- Background in machinery or industrial equipment industry.
- Proficient in reading bills of material, schematics, and assembly drawings.
- Competent in mechanical and electrical assemblies.
- Familiar with Windows operating systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a calm demeanor.
- Adherence to office etiquette and protocol.
