- Efficiently manage the ticketing system, prioritizing tasks and collaborating with team members for complex problems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to address and resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of client support activities, ensuring thorough documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Safeguard client information, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Install, configure, and oversee computer systems and applications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Document technical processes and solutions, contributing to the collective knowledge base of the team.
- Provide occasional on-site support as needed, ensuring clients receive comprehensive assistance.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, with a minimum of six months in a Microsoft network environment, demonstrating proficiency in hardware, software, and backup processes.
Transportation Requirements
A reliable vehicle and valid insurance are necessary for this role.
Physical Requirements
The role may require lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Certifications
While no specific certifications are required, Systems Specialists are encouraged to pursue relevant certifications as agreed upon with their supervisor.
