- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring accurate order entry, routing, and expediting to facilitate timely delivery.
- Act as the primary expert to guide customers towards the most suitable product solutions.
- Receive product samples and utilize measuring instruments to accurately document dimensions.
- Provide pricing estimates for received samples and process orders based on customer calls.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to effectively communicate customer requirements and identify viable production options.
- Conduct technical product costing and pricing assessments to ensure competitive offerings.
- Work closely with team members as well as the Design and Application Engineering departments to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate data entry in the company database, including master maintenance records such as Customer Documentation and Application databases for future reference.
