About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Caselton Clark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a local Field Sales territory, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with distribution partners, key accounts, and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, key accounts, and sales representatives
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage and optimize sales processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
