Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Management Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring that the team adheres to its commitments, maintains close alignment with stakeholders and vendor partners, and guarantees that the ecosystem providing users with seamless support operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Program Management Specialist, you will:

  • Lead the core operational practices, communication pathways, and standards utilized by the Global Content Operations team, promoting a cohesive approach that leverages our global presence.
  • Oversee the Global Content Operations knowledge base and ticketing systems; ensure content remains current and that tickets are managed within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and clear milestones; establish regular rituals for project tracking and prioritization of workflows, tools, or processes that align with the business needs of stakeholders and users.
  • Supervise the support of the global content platform, nurturing a culture of collaboration and user-centric thinking across our global footprint.
  • Implement processes to guarantee that the team, systems, and partners consistently meet their SLAs.
  • Manage projects related to the integration of new technologies, applications, and partner workflows into the platform, aimed at continuous improvement and enhancement of our offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with infrastructure and technical teams, fostering a deep understanding of standards and methods for technology deployment.
  • Establish the benchmark for system documentation and knowledge-sharing.

Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, particularly in Media/Digital Asset Management, Cloud, and On-Premise deployments.
  • Expertise in managing daily operations with vendors and support providers, negotiating and maintaining SLAs for Media Asset Management workflows across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Extensive experience with globally distributed technology stacks and teams, especially in infrastructure, engineering, and development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to engage with various levels of management and teams.
  • Proficiency in composing detailed technical documentation, user guides, and UAT specifications.
  • A self-driven attitude with a proactive approach to taking initiative.
  • Robust knowledge of SOAP, REST, JMS, and PUB/SUB patterns, along with solid understanding of Java SE, Java EE, XML, XML Schema, XSD, XSLT/XPath, and JSON technologies.
  • Expertise in tools such as Notion, AirTable, and Tableau.
  • A passion for exploring innovative technologies and creative solutions to implement cutting-edge processes, particularly in the context of Esports and Riot Games products.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.

Desired Qualifications:
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:

  • Prior experience with integrations involving M.A.M., D.A.M., CMS, and VCMS platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with AWS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks under time constraints and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging streaming media technologies, including MPEG 4 AVC, HEVC, HLS, MPEG-DASH, MPEG 2, UDP, RTMP, and H.265.
  • Experience with the Iconik Media Management system.
  • A proven track record of leading complex multi-team projects.
